PACKAGE COST INCLUDES
- Accommodation on twin/double-sharing basis as per the selected package
- Traditional Ladakhi Welcome on arrival

- Oxygen Cylinder for emergency use
- Assistance on arrival at Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport
- Traditional welcome at the hotel with a hot welcome drink (Tea / Coffee / Kahwa)

- Vehicle services on leisure days or after finishing scheduled sightseeing
- Guide fees, camera fees, and monument entrance charges
- Medical or travel insurance
- Additional expenses due to changes requested during the tour
Supplementary/Optional Charges
- Cultural Program: ₹13,000 per program (approx. 60–70 mins, applicable only in Leh hotels)
- Professional Tourist Guide: ₹3,000 per day
- River Rafting (including transfers by shared vehicle + lunch + rafting): ₹3,500 per person
- Motorbike rental (full day, without fuel): ₹2,500 per bike
- Double-hump Camel Ride, Nubra Valley (15 mins): ₹500 per person
- ATV Ride, Nubra Valley (double sharing): ₹1,500 per person
General Terms & Conditions

- Check-in / check-out at all properties: 10:00 AM
- Any price increase due to flight cancellations / delays caused by bad weather or airline issues must be
borne by the traveler - No refund for roadblocks at Nubra / Pangong / Tsomoriri due to natural calamities
- No refunds for unused services; no changes in travel dates once booked
- Room allocation is subject to availability; view or floor preferences cannot be guaranteed
- Meals are based on buffet/fixed menu and depend on seasonal vegetable availability
- Any dispute is subject to Delhi jurisdiction
- Maximum 5 guests per Xylo/Innova or similar vehicle
- Additional taxes or fuel surcharges by airlines/transport operators will be chargeable
- Rates applicable only for Indian citizens

availability - If the mentioned room category is unavailable, the next available category will be offered with
applicable supplementary cost - We are not responsible for itinerary changes caused by landslides, weather, or flight cancellations;
additional costs will be extra - From October to April, most camps/guesthouses in areas like Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Tsomoriri,
Tsokar, Sham Valley, Kargil, and Zanskar remain non-operational due to off-season.
